i found this beautiful albacore tuna at monterey fish. line caught, you can see by the picture what a beautiful filet this was. also bought oysters, for taste test, a dozen each of kumamotos and st.simons. the kumamotos won hands down, compared to the st.simons. they had a wonderful briny flavor, better texture and juicier. we had them open on the grill, after roasting our fish (brushed with freshly grated wasabi, lemon infused olive oil and tarragon, sea-salt and pepper) tomato salad with mozzarella, it is the season after all, typical vinaigrette of olive oil, sherry vinegar, french mustard, a splash of yuzu. the pictures will speak better.
